Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the brokerage agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use our offline form for this purpose, or submit it electronically via our online form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an email confirming receipt of such a withdrawal. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

 

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments, which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

 

We expressly point out Please note that the right of withdrawal against us only applies to the placement contract. Not to the au pair contract.

 

 

Instructions according to BGB § 356 para. 4 no. 2

 

§ 356 Right of withdrawal for contracts concluded outside of business premises and Distance selling contracts

Paragraph 4 The right of withdrawal also expires for contracts for the provision of services under the following conditions:

• No. 2 in the case of a contract that obliges the consumer to pay a price, with the full provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision

• a) that the trader may start providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period,

  • b) in the case of a contract concluded outside business premises, the consent pursuant to letter a has been transmitted on a durable medium and
  • c) has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
